3．通知买方将要装运的货物应付的金额 。
形式发票虽然不是商业发票，但是它的内容在很大程度上proforma invoice 与商业发票相同。形式发票通常包括货物的名称，数量，价格，付款方式，装运期等，但卖方对此不负任何契约性责任。
