不知，下载不收钱的吧，估计是说他花了不少力气，下了好几遍了都，应该不会是下载的文件有问题。

我用的系统是XP，我不是精通电脑技术的人（法国人大部分是这样，电脑坏了只会使蛮力拍，在法国装个操作系统都可挣几十欧）。请你告诉我每一步该如何处理。
卸载后重装再运行这个程序有用么？我已经下载过好几次了。

找到原因了,我不能直接输入5,只能在左边选择+1,+2,+3
