Hello. We should be able to turn your account live tomorrow morning.
It is currently late evening on Sunday here. Your emails are not being
ignored. They simply arrived during the weekend and not at hours where
I was near my computer. Feel confident that I will approved your
paperwork and moved your account to live status first thing in the
morning tomorrow when I get to the office. We pride ourselves on our
customer service, but unfortunately our disparate time zones can make it
appear we are taking some time to respond.
I will email you tomorrow as soon as your account is live.
