比较喜欢这个网站。
在view rating栏目里面看到了各个主机的比较，发现：

以下是负面的评论：
I can't rate dependability, server / connection speed because my site never got online. Why? Because during the account creation process, I found things I didnt like and terminated the process. I then learn that their staff then tried to bill my c.c. some outrageous fee of 67.00. If that's how they respond to an incomplete transaction then I'd stay steer clear of this host.

What is wrong with these guys? I get the feeling no one there knows what they're doing. Their SMTP doesn't work. Their webmail doesn't have HTML support. Their control panel is clumsy. Big yech!
Wish I could give them a zero rating for dependability and customer support. Upon sign up they changed my login name without notifing me. It took me 2 days to find that out and get me new login name. All support issues "Will be taken care of in 24 hours" per their support techs. Most of the time it takes 4-5 days to get a issue resolved. They'll tell you its fixed when its not. Many fixes break something else and thats another 24 hour wait after you report it to them. I WILL NEVER USE THESE GUYS AGAIN AND AM CURRENTLY THINKING ABOUT MOVING TO ANOTHER HOST.
Multiple bugs in the account didn't allow to set and access email accounts, FTP users, so for 2 month having this service never managed to launch the site. Technical support replies to emails with serious delays, they were unable to fix the problem To contact them on the phone you spend about 20 min on hold waiting for available agent. Will NEVER use again.

Worst host I've ever had. High pressure sales team will say anything to get you to sign up. Painfully slow page loads.
PS. 虽然参与rating的人不是很多，但是可以从一个侧面反应出各个主机的好坏。总得来说， Powweb在用户心中的得分还是比其他几个要高，看来Powweb是个不错的选择。 本人也在用 PowWeb， 感觉也很好。
