I don't know what problem you have met while using this software, but I can tell you that you cannot get your money back!!!

We DO NOT support refund! That't simply why we provide Trail version for you guys!.

for try:语法错误,必须改,介词后不能用动词原形,应该用for trying。

要求不高的话,其它可以pass,反正也达意了。

不过有几个建议:
User: 建议采用人名,比如Jack
submitted the refund:对这里的流程我不太了解,如果客户要求代理退款,代理需要你同意才能退的话,可以用approved the refund;如果你需要亲自向某机构提交退款申请,可以用submitted the refund request。
post your refund to your account:“your refund” 建议改用"the refund"
Kind Regards,:这里不是标题,建议regards的r小写“Kind regards,”
