I have just received a link to your XXXXXX software from a friend on dpReview PhotoForum and am VERY much surprised - as indeed HE was - to see what price you are charging for this item of software.
Whilst no doubt a useful item. it is by no means spectacularly different than one or two others of the  kind and I do believe that you doing yourself no favour by offering it at what is I believe an excessive price , and are likely to encourage very few to purchase at that figure.
I'm sorry but it just loses interest at that level of purchase, at which price I can buy many other and greatly more useful Plug-ins or Filters of various useful kind , as available for Photoshop

I purchased XXXXXXX on your website with my VISA/Debit card about an hour a go, but I still have not received an e-mail with a Registration Code yet.

I printed out Emetrix's 'receipt' and their order fulfillment Details page that stated that the registration code had been emailed to my email address here.  It is very important for me to be able to use this program now, so if there is waiting period or something I would not have purchased it.  Could you please send me the code within a couple of hours or please refund my $69.00.

不是骗注册码的，因为和在emetrix中查到的信息相符，但是她的邮件服务器可能把 emetrix 当垃圾邮件过滤了。
