不是吧,这么生硬的说“the bug you report does not exist”,客户会不爽的。。。
另外为了给客户专业和公司的感觉,用we,不要用I。
语气要客气,一般不要太肯定,要有点回旋的余地,
已经证实bug存在的话,可以说:
Thank you for contacting us, we've passed this issue to our development team and they will try to fix it ASAP, we will keep you updated.
Please feel free to contact us again if you have further questions.
还不能经证实bug存在的话,可以说:
Thank you for contacting us, unfortunately we cannot reproduce the issue, could you please provide more detailed information? Thanks.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
