昨天收到了第一个refund单。
是通过邮件过来的，说是让我回复客户邮件，然后cc给emetrix。我做了，不过今天依然看到单子没有任何变化，定单的refund栏里也没有任何信息。
那位達人给说说refund具体流程？

直接回复同意退货。
无需别的。

邮件就可以了

是不是refund啊？我也经常收到eMetrix的邮件，都是用户催促注册码的，eMetrix让直接给用户回复并cc给eMetrix，还没见过refund邮件，你的refund邮件内容是什么啊？

唉，说到Refund，偶已经熟门熟路了

emetrix 面板 -> my support -> Developer support/Contact us
选 Topic 为 Refund request, 填入用户信息后点 send message

这是emetrix告诉你有用户向他们申请refund，你可以联系用户尝试解他的问题而不退款，如果你不想再联系用户而愿意退款就直接回复emetrix让他refund就行了。
