要和代理商签合同了，有几个小问题请教各位
代理商的邮件中这么写：
Yes indeed we need to sign an agreement first. Please find the agreement draft in the attachment for your review, and let me know if you have any questions.
You need to fill the information of your company (I marked it in yellow), and once you agree, you just need to sign the first page, and either fax or scan and send it to me. I will activate the go live button once we have the agreement signed by your side.
我的问题是：
1.请问怎么传真？我打印出来以后再传真？
2.他说的scan是什么意思怎么操作？
