一个月前提交download，当时为了快点发布，选择了$9/月的方式。现在一个月到了，又来扣款了，我没让扣，扣款未成功。

我收到upload的扣款不成功邮件后，马上去修改，请求 Downgrade to a Free Listing Package，过了10多个小时后收到拒绝修改的邮件。

请问有类似经历的前辈们，这种情况，软件会被下线吗？ 我该如何处理？

The subscription has been cancelled and expires 05/17/2008. You'll continue to use all the benefits of the paid listing until then. Enter your Upload Manager after this date to select a new subscription for this listing that best suits your business needs. You can do this by following “The modify product listing” link.

已经成功取消了呀，那不是写得很清楚了吗，你应该是 04/17/2008 订阅的，订阅规则是按月每月9块，你现在取消他也得给你服务第一个月呀，因此说 05/17/2008 过期。
